Meet the Team
Hannah Minor
Hannah Minor (she/her) is a multidisciplinary dance artist, choreographer, and teacher based in Toronto. She is a proud Métis citizen and began her dance journey at the age of two. Hannah is currently pursuing her passion for dance at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she continues to develop her artistry through performance, choreography, and collaboration.
Hannah has studied and performed in classes, intensives, and festivals alongside many acclaimed artists. Her performance credits include ProArte Danza’s SIP 2024 and 2025, DaCo (Dance Collaboration Lab) 2025 and 2026 with Lukas Malkowski and Bennett Richardson, and TMU’s Rise: Fall Dances 2024 and 2025. She is also performing in TMU’s upcoming December 2026 production. Hannah has choreographed and performed in TMU Choreographic Works 2025, performed in TMU Springworks 2025, and performed for Dawson Lloyd for Impetus Movement Dance Company’s Human, After All 2026.
In addition to her work on stage, Hannah has expanded her professional experience into commercial dance, having worked on a U.S. commercial in 2026 that is set to be released soon.
Hannah has a strong passion for teaching and creating opportunities for young dancers. She is currently on faculty at JCB Danceworks, where she teaches and has choreographed award-winning routines for competitive dance students.
Through her work as a performer, choreographer, and teacher, Hannah is passionate about creating meaningful experiences through movement and contributing to the growth of the next generation of dancers.
Adele Minor
With over 40 years of experience in the dance industry, Adele brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to her work as a dancer, choreographer, and educator.
Adele began her professional dance career in the U.K., where she performed and continued to develop her craft before relocating to Canada. Since then, she has built a career as a respected dance educator and choreographer. Throughout her career, Adele has had the privilege of teaching and mentoring dancers of all ages and abilities across a wide range of dance styles. Adele is currently on faculty at JCB Danceworks in Richmond Hill.
Her passion extends beyond developing strong technical skills; she is dedicated to nurturing confidence, creativity, individuality, and a genuine love of movement in every dancer she works with.
Adele’s choreography has received numerous awards, reflecting her commitment to excellence and her ability to bring out the best in her dancers.
Adele is thrilled to be part of Flex Dance Convention, where she has the opportunity to work alongside her daughter, Hannah, and bring their shared passion and vision for dance to life.

Our vibrant atmosphere and passionate instructors create an environment where creativity can flourish and dancers are actively engaged in every class.
At Flex, we believe all dancers should be seen. That begins the moment you walk in our door. All dancers will receive their Flex tote bag that includes their personalized bib.
Our June convention will be limited to 40 dancers per age division to allow for intentional training, personalized instruction and meaningful connections with our faculty.
We believe confidence grows when dancers feel seen, in EVERY Class, EVERY interaction, and EVERY weekend.
