Our specifically crafted dance experience is designed for dancers age 7 and up, with a focus on technique, exploration, and discovery.

ROOMS AND AGE DIVISIONS
At Flex Dance Convention, our dancers are divided and placed in age-appropriate rooms and divisions, creating a supportive yet challenging environment for everyone from age 7 and up.
This structure allows our choreographers to tailor their teaching to specific skill levels and developmental stages, encouraging maximum growth, confidence, and engagement.
Our Flex Crew will also be in the room, providing additional guidance and support to help every dancer reach their full potential.
The dancers will also have the opportunity to dance in smaller groups as well as switch lines to enable everyone to see and be seen.
Junior Room - Dancers age 7-10 yrs
Intermediate Room - Dancers age 11-13 yrs
Senior Room - Dancers age 14 and over
