Did you know our Flex Crew will be selected right out of the room during convention days?

That means every dancer attending Flex Dance Convention has the opportunity to become part of our 2027/28 Flex Crew!

 As a Flex Crew member you will have the opportunity to work alongside other dancers and participate in our video and concept shoots.

All Flex Crew members will receive:

1. Flex Merch

2. 50% off your next Flex Convention

3. Flex video shoot (will take place immediately following our Flex event)

4. A chance to be chosen as a Flex choreographer assistant at future events

Our Flex Crew will be looking for dancers who represent what Flex Dance Convention is all about, showing dedication, positivity, respect, and a willingness to learn and support those around them.
